Kogi State University, Kabba was established in 2023 by the Kogi State Government to satisfy
the yearnings for quality education in Nigeria. The University claimed to be committed to providing
education that combines intellectual, moral and techno-vocational training to produce total men
and women who will positively participate in the development and transformation of societies
at local, national and international level.
Following the approval by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the University to
commence academic activities in the 2023/ 2024 session, applications are invited from suitably
qualified candidates for admission into the 23/2024 session.

Kogi State University Kabba Post UTME Admission Requirement:

Before proceeding to apply for Kabba Kogi State University 2023/2024 session, make sure you have met the following requirements to avoid potential issues or even disqualification.

1. You must have taken the 2023 UTME examination and scored at least 180. Hence, Kogi State University Kabba post UTME cut of mark for 2023/2024 session is 180.
2. You must change your choice of institution to Kogi State University, Kabba.
3. You must have at least 5 O’ level credits (including English, Mathematics and three relevant subjects) at not more than 2 sittings. You can check O’ Level Subjects combination required for KSUK

Steps To Apply For Kogi State University Kabba, 2023/2024 Session

Kogi State University, Kabba, has started their 2023/2024 post utme admission, hence below are the application steps.

1. You are to go to any JAMB office or JAMB-approved CBT Centre to alter your choice of institution
2. Log into the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS)
3. Change your choice of University to Kogi State University, Kabba
4. Change your course of interest if necessary
5. Upload your O level results on CAPS
6. Make a payment of two thousand naira (N 2000.00) only into the university’s account:
   • Bank name: UBA
   • Account name: Kogi State University Kabba
   • Account number: 1026628812
7. Fill out the application form at https://forms.gle/DadNhs3zBTUydDui8
8. Print the response sent to your email
9. Bring the application printout, photocopies of your credentials, evidence of payment of the two thousand naira (N2000.00) application fees, and a recent passport photograph to the Admissions Office, at the Permanent site of the University for documentation
10. Check your CAPS portal 24- 48 hours after documentation to print your admission letter
11. Return with your JAMB admission letter to the Admissions Office to complete your documentation on or before the 28th December 2023
