Wellbeing Support Worker – Leeds
A Leeds organisation is hiring a Wellbeing Support Worker to join their team, providing one-to-one support to service users and running group wellbeing sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Keeping relevant systems and records up to date and accurate
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to deadline
- Providing regular updates and reporting to your line manager
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Staying up to date with relevant industry knowledge, tools and best practice
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail

- Collaborative approach to work
Salary & Benefits: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum, Full time contract.
