Trainee Wellbeing Support Worker
Role Overview
A London organisation is hiring a Trainee Wellbeing Support Worker to join their team, providing one-to-one support to service users and running group wellbeing sessions.
Location & Contract
London – Full time – £18,000 – £21,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
- Following all relevant health and safety guidance at all times
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
- Contributing ideas and feedback during team meetings and planning sessions
- Supporting colleagues and, where appropriate, more junior team members
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
