Trainee Social Worker in Coventry
A Coventry organisation is hiring a Trainee Social Worker to join their team, managing a caseload within children and families services and coordinating support plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
- Contributing ideas and feedback during team meetings and planning sessions
- Supporting colleagues and, where appropriate, more junior team members
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to achieve shared goals
- Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- A proactive
- Collaborative approach to work. No prior experience is required – full training
- Mentorship are provided
- Making this an ideal starting point for someone new to the field
