Trainee Paralegal – Cardiff
A Cardiff organisation is hiring a Trainee Paralegal to join their team, supporting solicitors with case preparation, document drafting and legal research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Keeping relevant systems and records up to date and accurate
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to deadline
- Providing regular updates and reporting to your line manager
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Staying up to date with relevant industry knowledge, tools and best practice
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- A proactive
- Collaborative approach to work. No prior experience is required – full training
- Mentorship are provided
- Making this an ideal starting point for someone new to the field
Salary & Benefits: £21,000 – £25,000 per annum, Full time contract.
