Trainee HR Advisor – Birmingham

A Birmingham organisation is hiring a Trainee HR Advisor to join their team, supporting recruitment, employee relations casework and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing regular updates and reporting to your line manager
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Staying up to date with relevant industry knowledge, tools and best practice
  • Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Handling day-to-day queries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Flagging risks or issues early and helping to resolve them constructively
  • Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A proactive
  • Collaborative approach to work. No prior experience is required – full training
  • Mentorship are provided

Salary & Benefits: £21,000 – £25,000 per annum, Full time contract.
