Trainee Fundraising Officer
Role Overview
A Belfast organisation is hiring a Trainee Fundraising Officer to join their team, managing individual giving campaigns and supporting the delivery of fundraising events.
Location & Contract
Belfast – Full time – £19,000 – £22,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
- Contributing ideas and feedback during team meetings and planning sessions
- Supporting colleagues and, where appropriate, more junior team members
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to achieve shared goals
- Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
