Trainee Estate Agent in Sheffield
An established employer in Sheffield is hiring a Trainee Estate Agent. The position offers a salary of £20,500 to £24,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes booking and attending property viewings and registering applicants and matching them to properties, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Booking and attending property viewings.
- Registering applicants and matching them to properties.
- Supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Keeping the CRM updated with accurate notes.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- A full UK driving licence.
- A confident, personable sales manner.
- Local area knowledge is helpful.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
