Trainee Business Development Manager

Role Overview

A London organisation is hiring a Trainee Business Development Manager to join their team, identifying new client opportunities, building a sales pipeline and negotiating contracts.

Location & Contract

London – Full time – £33,000 – £46,000 per annum

Key Duties

  1. Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
  2. Contributing ideas and feedback during team meetings and planning sessions
  3. Supporting colleagues and, where appropriate, more junior team members
  4. Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
  6. Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to achieve shared goals
  7. Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
