Support Worker in Glasgow
An established employer in Glasgow is hiring a Support Worker. The position offers a salary of £21,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Providing high quality care and support to service users.
- Following care plans and clinical guidelines.
- Recording observations and updating records accurately.
- Working closely with colleagues and families.
- Promoting dignity, safety and wellbeing.
- Supporting daily activities and routines.
