Spanish Speaking Customer Adviser in London
An established employer in London is hiring a Spanish Speaking Customer Adviser. The position offers a salary of £26,000 to £29,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes supporting Spanish speaking customers by phone and email and translating short customer communications, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Spanish speaking customers by phone and email.
- Translating short customer communications.
- Resolving orders, refunds and account queries.
- Sharing customer insight with the wider team.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Customer service experience.
- Accuracy when working across two languages.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
