Social Worker

Role Overview

A Newcastle organisation is hiring a Social Worker to join their team, managing a caseload within children and families services and coordinating support plans.

Location & Contract

Newcastle – Full time – £33,000 – £40,000 per annum

Key Duties

  1. Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
  2. Handling day-to-day queries professionally and in a timely manner
  3. Flagging risks or issues early and helping to resolve them constructively
  4. Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
  6. Following all relevant health and safety guidance at all times
  7. Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
