Role Overview
A Newcastle organisation is hiring a Social Worker to join their team, managing a caseload within children and families services and coordinating support plans.
Location & Contract
Newcastle – Full time – £33,000 – £40,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Handling day-to-day queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Flagging risks or issues early and helping to resolve them constructively
- Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
- Following all relevant health and safety guidance at all times
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
