SEO Specialist in Manchester
An established employer in Manchester is hiring a SEO Specialist. The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes carrying out technical audits and implementing fixes and researching keywords and mapping content plans, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying out technical audits and implementing fixes.
- Researching keywords and mapping content plans.
- Building high quality links through outreach.
- Reporting on rankings, traffic and conversions.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Proven SEO experience in house or agency side.
- Confidence with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Search Console.
- A data led approach to prioritisation.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
