Senior Wellbeing Support Worker
Role Overview
A Cambridge organisation is hiring a Senior Wellbeing Support Worker to join their team, providing one-to-one support to service users and running group wellbeing sessions.
Location & Contract
Cambridge – Full time – £29,000 – £35,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Handling day-to-day queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Flagging risks or issues early and helping to resolve them constructively
- Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
- Following all relevant health and safety guidance at all times
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrable experience or capability in this area is essential for success in the role.
