Senior TEFL Teacher
Role Overview
A Leicester organisation is hiring a Senior TEFL Teacher to join their team, delivering English lessons to adult international students using communicative teaching methods.
Location & Contract
Leicester – Full time – £31,000 – £39,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Handling day-to-day queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Flagging risks or issues early and helping to resolve them constructively
- Delivering high-quality work day-to-day, consistent with company standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
- Following all relevant health and safety guidance at all times
- Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrable experience or capability in this area is essential for success in the role.
