The Role

A Leicester organisation is hiring a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their team, providing first-line technical support to end-users and logging and triaging tickets.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Building strong working relationships with clients, customers or stakeholders
  2. Contributing ideas and feedback during team meetings and planning sessions
  3. Supporting colleagues and, where appropriate, more junior team members
  4. Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
  6. Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to achieve shared goals
  7. Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
