Research Assistant in Oxford
An established employer in Oxford is hiring a Research Assistant. The position offers a salary of £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes supporting data collection and literature reviews and managing research databases and ethics documentation, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting data collection and literature reviews.
- Managing research databases and ethics documentation.
- Helping prepare papers, posters and grant applications.
- Coordinating participant recruitment and scheduling.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.

- A good honours degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with research methods and referencing.
- Excellent accuracy and record keeping.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
