Radiographer in Manchester
A Manchester based organisation is recruiting a Radiographer to join its growing team. The role pays between £35,000 and £42,000 per year and offers genuine scope to develop your career.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes performing diagnostic imaging to a high standard and ensuring patient safety and radiation protection, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic imaging to a high standard.
- Ensuring patient safety and radiation protection.
- Maintaining equipment QA records.
- Supporting students and assistant practitioners.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- HCPC registration as a diagnostic radiographer.
- Experience across general and trauma imaging.
- A reassuring patient manner.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
