Production Operative in Doncaster
We are working with a respected Doncaster organisation to appoint a Production Operative. The salary ranges from £21,500 to £24,000 and the team has a strong record of internal progression.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes operating production machinery to daily targets and carrying out quality checks and recording results, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Operating production machinery to daily targets.
- Carrying out quality checks and recording results.
- Following safe systems of work at all times.
- Supporting changeovers and line cleaning.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful.
- A dependable approach to shift work.
- Willingness to learn multiple lines.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
