The Role

A Glasgow organisation is hiring a Leisure Centre Assistant to join their team, supervising the pool and gym floor and delivering excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters where required
  2. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
  3. Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team to achieve shared goals
  4. Adapting positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  5. Keeping relevant systems and records up to date and accurate
  6. Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to deadline
