IT Project Coordinator in Birmingham
We are working with a respected Birmingham organisation to appoint a IT Project Coordinator. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 and the team has a strong record of internal progression.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes coordinating hardware rollouts and software upgrades and tracking project tasks, risks and budgets, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating hardware rollouts and software upgrades.
- Tracking project tasks, risks and budgets.
- Scheduling engineers and communicating with sites.
- Keeping documentation and asset records current.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Experience coordinating IT or technical projects.
- A structured approach to planning and follow up.
- Comfortable with technical terminology.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
