Healthcare Assistant in Nottingham
An established employer in Nottingham is hiring a Healthcare Assistant. The position offers a salary of £21,500 to £23,500 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes supporting patients with personal care and mobility and recording observations and reporting changes promptly, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting patients with personal care and mobility.
- Recording observations and reporting changes promptly.
- Assisting at mealtimes and with daily activities.
- Maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Experience in care or a genuine desire to start a care career.
- A kind, dependable nature.
- Willingness to work a rota including some weekends.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
