Job Description

Front End Developer in Remote (UK)

An established employer in Remote (UK) is hiring a Front End Developer. The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.

About the role

In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes building responsive interfaces in React or Vue and translating designs from Figma into accessible components, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Building responsive interfaces in React or Vue.
  • Translating designs from Figma into accessible components.
  • Optimising performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Maintaining a shared component library.
  • Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Strong HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript skills.
  • Commercial experience with at least one front end framework.
  • An eye for detail and accessibility standards.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail.
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom.
