DevOps Engineer in Remote (UK)
A Remote (UK) based organisation is recruiting a DevOps Engineer to join its growing team. The role pays between £50,000 and £62,000 per year and offers genuine scope to develop your career.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes building and maintaining CI and CD pipelines and managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining CI and CD pipelines.
- Managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
- Improving monitoring, alerting and reliability.
- Supporting developers with environments and releases.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Commercial experience with AWS or Azure.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
