Customer Service Coordinator

Brief Overview
Permanent full time position
Salary between 26000 and 29000 pounds depending on experience
Location Birmingham city centre with four days in office and one day remote

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via email phone and website
Deliver high quality customer service at all times
Process payments and correctly allocate them to accounts
Place replacement orders such as fuel cards
Provide expert product advice and guidance to customers
Generate customer requested reports
Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved fully
Work closely with second line support teams and suppliers
Update and manage customer information within the CRM system
Maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with account managers
Explain invoices and billing details clearly to customers

Requirements
At least one year experience in a customer service or contact centre role
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team and understand business relationships
Positive attitude and resilience
