Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Liverpool – Mersey Chambers (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £25,877 – £27,515 + up to £2,000 performance bonus
Schedule: Rotating shifts

 

Working Hours

This role follows a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week based in the office. You’ll also have the flexibility to attend more frequently if preferred.

Shift patterns rotate as follows:

  • Early Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Mid Shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Late Shift: 11:00am – 7:30pm

  • Assist customers with policy enquiries, updates, and changes
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers at all times
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
