Cleaning Supervisor in Nottingham
An established employer in Nottingham is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor. The position offers a salary of £21,500 to £24,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes supervising a team of cleaners across a commercial site and completing quality audits and retraining where needed, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising a team of cleaners across a commercial site.
- Completing quality audits and retraining where needed.
- Managing stock of materials and equipment.
- Covering cleaning duties during absence.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Cleaning or facilities supervision experience.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
- A hands on leadership style.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
