Careers Adviser in Nottingham
An established employer in Nottingham is hiring a Careers Adviser. The position offers a salary of £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, with structured support from day one.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Typical work includes delivering one to one careers guidance sessions and running employability workshops and events, alongside supporting wider team priorities as they arise. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering one to one careers guidance sessions.
- Running employability workshops and events.
- Building links with local employers.
- Maintaining accurate guidance records.
- Keep accurate records and produce clear updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
