Care Home Manager in Birmingham
A Birmingham based organisation is recruiting a Care Home Manager to join its growing team. The role pays between £35,000 and £42,000 per year and offers genuine scope to develop your career.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Providing high quality care and support to service users.
- Following care plans and clinical guidelines.
- Recording observations and updating records accurately.
- Working closely with colleagues and families.
- Promoting dignity, safety and wellbeing.
- Supporting daily activities and routines.
What we are looking for
- Relevant care or clinical experience.
- A caring, patient and reliable manner.
- Good communication skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
- Relevant qualifications where required.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
