Business Development Manager in Sheffield
A Sheffield based organisation is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join its growing team. The role pays between £35,000 and £50,000 per year and offers genuine scope to develop your career.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Generating and following up on new business leads.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preparing quotes and proposals.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Representing the business at meetings and events.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in a sales or business development role.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills.
- A results driven mindset.
- Good organisation and time management.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
