Architectural Technician in Manchester
We are working with a respected Manchester organisation to appoint a Architectural Technician. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £36,000 and the team has a strong record of internal progression.
About the role
In this role you will take ownership of day to day delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will be given clear objectives, regular feedback and the tools you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering projects safely, on time and to specification.
- Carrying out inspections, surveys and assessments.
- Preparing technical drawings, reports and documentation.
- Liaising with contractors, clients and colleagues.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Managing resources and budgets effectively.
What we are looking for
- Relevant engineering or construction experience.
- A recognised qualification in the field.
- Strong technical and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety.
- A full UK driving licence where required.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
